Through a sophisticated, easy-to-use production system, AdDesk Production provides complete control over the entire production process for the majority of ads. Because of its open structure, AdDesk Production can either be integrated with AdDesk Sales or with NewsGate.
| Optimal workflow for ad production |
DB Access is the primary tool to access the database and all other applications within AdDesk Production. Simple predefined windows provide users with a comprehensive list of the ad elements including properties like ad number, advertisers name, run date, product information, proof requirement, deadlines, etc. Each step in the workflow has its own basket, which is dynamically updated as soon as an element has been modified. The RouteManager directs the ad from one service basket to another depending on the status of the advertisement. |

CCI AdDesk Production is based on an open architecture running in a client/server environment. It is Powered by an Oracle SQL database running on UNIX servers storing all ad elements. Industry standard graphics formats such as PDF, EPS and TIFF are supported. Workstations can be either Windows 2000/XP PCs or Power Macintoshes running Mac OS X or a combination of both. The workstations give the user access to standard desk top applications like Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia FreeHand and Multi-Ad Creator/Creator. |
